Launch and Lead Your Own Path Group© – We will walk with you as you start your first group, empowering you to confidently share this life-changing process.

How It Works:

You’ll be paired with a Path Coach who will guide you step-by-step through the training.
You’ll work at your own pace using our online learning portal, with live coaching sessions at key intervals.


You’ll experience The Path for yourself—if you haven’t already—so you can teach with authenticity and impact.

The Elemental Leader Training©

The Elemental Leader Training© is a course designed to offer extensive training for individuals to become licensed facilitators of The Four Elements of Success © content written and created by Laurie Beth Jones. The Elemental Leader Training© can also be purchased by teams, and human resource directors, or purchased by companies that have internal trainers and coaches. 

This training includes:

At its core, the Path Elements™ Assessment, the Elemental Leader Training©, and the tools and platforms that surround these products are solid resources that you can depend on. They will offer you a way to grow your own practice or business while giving those you serve excellent value and return on their investment with you. If you are a coach or trainer within an organization the training is the same. A corporate license requires some extra steps based on the size of the team and the number of trainers within the company.

You’ll experience The Elemental Team Session —this is the primary training module for taking the Four Elements of Success inside teams and organizations. If you are serving individual clients you will learn how each portion of the training can be tailored for individuals and families.
